Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Education Center would like to inform all interested coaches with previously acquired UEFA B Licence, that we're planning to organize a workshop for UEFA A Licence acquisition in February 2017. Attendees are required to submit the following documents:

1. UEFA A registration sheet (which can be downloaded at www.nfsbih.ba). All data have to be accurate and easily readable, especially e-mail address and phone number;
2. A copy of the UEFA B diploma and licence;
3. Certificate from the football club showing at least one year of coaching practice with UEFA B licence, and detailed information about the team. This is very important and without it you can't attend the course;
4. Medical certificate (not older than 6 months) stating that candidate is psychologically and physically capable to undergo all the efforts that are required of him/her in order to obtain said UEFA licence;
5. Certificate of non-criminal record (usually issued by the Ministry of internal affairs);
6. Birth certificate;
7. Proof of BIH citizenship;
8. Certificate of residence (CIPS);
9. Two photos (with usual ID card dimensions);

NOTE: First semester is scheduled for Feb. 2nd - Feb. 14th 2017. The number of candidates is limited to 25. The selection will depend on team's ranking, age category, and the time spent working with the UEFA B license. In the case of same qualifications, those who applied earlier will have the advantage.
