FFBIH general assembly has been held today in hotel Terme, Ilidza.

Apart from usual delegates, board members and representatives, UEFA vice president Seneš Eržik, national associations director Muhamed Taa and Eva Pasquier from FIFA were also present.

After president Begic's introduction, Mr. Eržik addressed them: "It's my pleasure and honor to welcome you here today on behalf of FIFA and UEFA presidents. Your football federation has made a huge and historic success recently with placement in the World Cup. You can now take the advantage of various FIFA's and UEFA's projects, and we'll watch your performance with great interest. I already reserved my tickets for the match against Argentina. I congratulate your president and the whole administration."

Verification committee has found that 57 delegates (out of 60) were present at the assembly, which makes all decisions final. General secretary Bakovic submitted a work report for year 2013, and pointed out the most importatnt events:

  • BIH's national team placement at the World Cup in Brazil;
  • The first season of unified women's football and futsal league;
  • Infrastructural improvements project for the premier league stadiums;
  • Mini pitch construction project for people with special needs;
  • "Open doors" project, which tracks talented football players who live abroad;
  • Through various activities and socially responsible projects, we're trying to help children and people with special needs to be recognized as an equal members of society;
  • Football festival called "say yes to women's football" has been well received;
  • In September of 2013, UEFA president Michel Platini and FFBIH president Elvedin Begic have opened official FFBIH training center in Zenica;
  • FIFA president Sepp Blater has awarded coach Safet Susic and president Begic with International League of Humanists' (ILH) recognition;

 

After the work report for previous year, financial report was submitted by finance committee vice president Momir Tosic. He claimed FFBIH's budget was realized with 124%. Assembly delegates deemed FFBIH's work as sucessful will all reports backing that fact, as well as audit report for 2013. Both financial and work report were adopted unanimously.

FFBIH vice president Darko Ljubojevic submitted a work report for year 2014, and Momir Tosic came out with the financial plan. Both financial and work report for 2014 were adopted unanimously.

At the end, the delegates made the decisions regarding the choice of first instance and appeals body members of the club licensing committee, which now consists of:

 

  • Club licensing committee first instance members: Zoran Curguz (president), Nermin Zuko (first vice president), Miso Cavar (second vice president), Dragisa Marjanovic, Zdravko Tomic and Fuad Mujic (regular members);
  • Substitute Members: Gojko Djuric, Sifet Dervic and Ivan Djogic;
  • Club licensing committee appeals body members: Mario Brkic (president), Milan Mrdja (first vice president), Sabrija Kaknjo (second vice president), Miodrag Doder, Bozo Coric and Sejfo Sehovic (regular members);
  • Substitute Members: Vladimir Jurisic, Mario Knezovic and Adi Dautovic;

Executive board was given a green light for 2014 auditing house selection. After legal committee president Enes Hasic's presentation, proposed amendments to the FFBIH statute have also been adopted, which successfully concluded this two-hour assembly.
