BiH team members performed their first training session (out of two) tonight at 18:00 hours ahead of the friendly game with Albania. Several Bosnian journalists welcomed our players at the stadium KF Tirana, as well as local media representatives who were waiting for the training session to end to get statements from some of our players.
Last night's debutants Daniel Pavlovic and Riad Bajic addressed the media.
Pavlovic: "We did what we were set out to do, and that was to win the game against Gibraltar. Albania is a strong team, this will be an important test and we have to play it well. In the qualifiers, we do one game at a time. The next is against Greece, who is our direct competitor for one of the first two positions in the group, and we want to beat them of course."
Bajic: "The match with Gibraltar was important for the further course of qualifications. We approached it very seriously, and that's why we've won. We'll have a new opportunity to prove ourselves against Albania and I expect a good match."
