With one round to go, FK Sarajevo cadets already secured the Bosnia and Herzegovina Youth Premier League championship title by defeating Sloboda 4-2 today (Halid Šabanović 16', Ševkija Resić 27', Nedim Hadžić 32', Sanin Klarić 36' - Eldin Omerović 34', Edis Smajić 45').
Coach Admir Hasančić: "I am glad these cadets won the championship, I congratulate the players as well as coach Dženan Uščuplić who led the team. They deserved first place. This season was very successful for us because in addition to this cadet title, our juniors have also won the Cup, and they're pretty close to wining the championship as well. There are a lot of good players in our youth categories that we can count on in the future."
The best scorer Nedim Hadžić who scored 41 goals said: "Since the first round we played well and we've deservedly won a title. I'm very happy with this season and I congratulate my teammates and coaching staff."
FFBIH competitions department chief Džemal Čalija awarded the winners with trophies and medals.
