Organized by the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in cooperation with UEFA, the first camp for elite young football players started today. The camp will be held in Mostar, where the camp manager and coach addressed the participants.
Camp manager Darko Ljubojevic: "You, the elite young footballer players have a unique opportunity given you're the first generation to come out of this project. This is UEFA's camp for elite young players, where we'll work in accordance with the latest training methodologies for your age group. It's the period of training, work, lectures, and making up for the eventual shortages. As your coaches, we'll put in maximum effort to support you at all times."
Project coordinator Murat Jaha: "We're going to be at your disposal at any time. You're the first generation that has the task to break the ice. I hope that we'll get to know each other in the coming days, and that you will feel comfortable in Mostar."
Experts at the camp were also visited by the FFBIH vice president Ivan Beus: "This is one nice project that is worth supporting. I hope our coaches will have a successful event but also learn something from this whole story. This is the opportunity for our best young players to learn new football skills, but also a chance for new friendships. All of this will help them in the future to grow into better people and true athletes."
