During today's session, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has officially granted citizenship to footballer Vitaly Janelt.

Following this decision, the FFBiH will file a request with FIFA to switch Janelt’s sporting nationality, enabling him to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in international competitions.

Janelt was born May 10, 1998, in Hamburg (Germany), and currently plays for Brentford FC in England. Throughout his career, he has played for HSV, RB Leipzig, and VfL Bochum.
