The pairs were drawn by the former national team player of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zvjezdan Misimović, and in the semi-finals will play the following:

The first-leg matches are scheduled for 7^th April, and the second-leg ones for 21^st April 2021.

In addition to the seniors, the draw of the Cup for female seniors and youth was made.
