Placement among the four best teams was achieved by TOŠK and OFK Sloga from Gornje Crnjelovo.

TOŠK hosted Zvijezda Gradačac in Tešanj with an advantage of 2:0 from the first-leg match. The home team was even more convincing today by defeating them 4:1. Goals for TOŠK were scored by Šerif Hasić in the 19^th, Dino Kalesić in the 37^th and the 60^th, and Anis Devedžić in the 47^th minute. The only one goal for Sloga was scored by Dejan Vučić in the 83^rd minute.

Reversal to guests was brought by Nemanja Matović in the 7^th and 31^st minute, and the final result was set by Bajrić in the 81^st minute with a penalty kick.
