FK "Sarajevo" Sarajevo, NK "Široki Brijeg" Široki Brijeg, FK "Borac" Banja Luka, HŠK "Zrinjski" Mostar, FK "Tuzla City" Tuzla, FK "Željezničar" Sarajevo, FK "Velež" Mostar, HŠK "Posušje" Posušje, FK "Sloboda" Tuzla, FK "Igman" Konjic and FK "Sloga" Doboj received a license to participate in the competitions of the BH Premier League.
FK "Leotar" Trebinje did not receive a license to participate in the BH Premier League.
FK "Sarajevo" Sarajevo, NK "Široki Brijeg" Široki Brijeg, FK "Borac" Banja Luka, HŠK "Zrinjski" Mostar, FK "Tuzla City" Tuzla, FK "Željezničar" Sarajevo, FK "Velež" Mostar and HŠK "Posušje" Posušje and FK "Sloboda" Tuzla received a license to participate in UEFA club compeitions.
FK "Igman" Konjic did not receive a license to participate in UEFA club competitions, and FK "Leotar" Trebinje and FK "Sloga" Doboj did not apply for participation in UEFA club competitions.
ŽNK "SFK 2000" Sarajevo and ŽNK "Emina" Mostar received a license to participate in the UEFA Women’s Champions League for the 2023/24 season.
In accordance with the BH FF Regulations on Club Licensing (BH Premier League and UEFA competitions), a club that has not received a license has the right to file an appeal with the BH FF Second Instance Commission for Club Licensing within 15 (fifteen) days from receiving the decision of the First Instance Commission for Club Licensing.
