The procedure was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Club Licensing for Participation in the BH Premier League Competition, through the procedure of extraordinary application of the club licensing system for entry of clubs from lower competition ranks into the BH Premier League.

After checking the received documentation, the Second Instance Commission for Club Licensing accepted the complaint of FK “Leotar” from Trebinje, because the applicant club submitted the necessary evidence within the prescribed deadline, which provided the conditions for granting a license in the domestic competition for the 2021/22 season.
