Banja Luka had the first opportunity in the 10th minute, but Panagiotis Moraitis did not catch the ball well on the five-meter area.
The host took the lead in the 11th minute. After the duel between Đorđe Milojević and Billel Omrani, a penalty kick was awarded to Cluj. Ciprian Deac took the penalty kick and hit the post, but the ball bounced to Omrania who was accurate for 1:0.
Billel Omrani passed from the left side and sent the ball into the penalty area for Deac who doubled the advantage Cluj.
In the 1st minute of the additional time of the first half, Almedin Ziljkić crossed from the right side on a five-meter area for Moraitis, who scored a goal with his head and reduced the opponent’s advantage.
Cluj scored the third goal in the 60th minute. Deac excellently sent the ball into the penalty area of Borac, where Rúnar Már Sigurjónsson managed well and diagonally from the right side sent the ball into the net.
Stojan Vranješ had the last chance in the match in the 87th minute, but he didn’t catch the ball the best from a favourable position, so it went next to the goal.
