The body reviewed the appeal filed by NK “Stupčanica” from Olovo against the First Instance Committee’s decision, which denied the club a license to participate in the 2025/26 Wwin League competition, as part of the extraordinary application of the licensing system for entry of lower-league clubs into the Wwin League BiH.

The Committee issued the following decision:

• NK “Stupčanica” Olovo – The appeal by NK Stupčanica is rejected as unfounded, and the decision of the First Instance Club Licensing Committee is fully upheld.

The applicant failed to prove compliance with infrastructure criteria during the appeal process, and therefore the Club Licensing Second Instance Committee issued the aforementioned Decision.

The ruling of the Second Instance Committee is final.
