The session decided on the appeals submitted by FK “Olimpik” Sarajevo and FK “Mladost” Doboj-Kakanj against the decisions of the First Instance Commission for Club Licensing on refusing to issue licenses to these clubs to participate in the BH Premier League competition for the 2021/22 season.

Following the procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Clubs Licensing for Participation in the BH Premier League Competition, the FF BH Second Instance Commission for Clubs Licensing made the following Decisions:

• The appeal of FK “Olimpik” from Sarajevo is rejected and the Decision of the First Instance Commission on refusing to issue a license for competition in the BH Premier League for the 2021/2022 season is fully confirmed;

• The appeal of FK “Mladost” from Doboj-Kakanj is rejected and the Decision of the First Instance Commission on refusing to issue a license for competition in the BH Premier League for the 2021/2022 season is confirmed.

Decisions of the FF BH Second Instance Commission for Club Licensing of are final.
