Authorized certification body "TÜV SÜD Management Service" was represented by auditors Enes Cerić and Bojan Žiger, who reviewed the relevant documentation and monitored the appropriate procedures within FFBiH’s business processes. An analysis of the corrective measures that FFBiH was required to implement following the certification audit was also carried out.
Upon completing the extensive activities, auditors Cerić and Žiger expressed satisfaction with the organization and execution of the audit, which was fully conducted according to international standards. They were also pleased with the presented evidence of quality management, providing a positive opinion and evaluation. In the next period, FFBiH will receive an official report on the level of application of the relevant ISO standards along with recommendations for further improvements.
The audit's implementation confirmed the value and significance of the project "Development of Good Governance Systems in FFBiH's Business Processes," which was implemented following last year's certification, with full support and financial engagement from UEFA. The project's primary goal was to ensure sustainability and enhance the effectiveness of the quality management system. Additionally, through the project's implementation, analyses of all business processes and reviews of the entire system were conducted, and appropriate proposals for development and improvement were accepted. Simultaneously, additional training for FFBiH administration members in quality management was conducted through proper workshops featuring practical examples, as well as internal audits to check internal regulations and procedures.
The project partner was the consulting company "Idea Co."
Continuing its developmental continuity, FFBiH will implement a new project with UEFA's support to strengthen the quality management system in order to achieve further improvements and meet defined strategic goals.
