During the meeting, the Committee reviewed reports from the Club Licensing Administration regarding clubs' compliance with the requirements and conditions for obtaining licenses to compete in the Wwin League BiH and UEFA club competitions for the 2025/26 season.

Based on the submitted documentation and accompanying reports, the following decisions were made:

• Licenses to compete in the Wwin League BiH were granted to: FK Sarajevo, NK Široki Brijeg, FK Borac Banja Luka, HŠK Zrinjski Mostar, NK Gošk Gabela, FK Željezničar Sarajevo, FK Velež Mostar, HŠK Posušje Posušje, FK Radnik Bijeljina, FK Igman Konjic, FK Sloga Doboj.
• FK Sloboda Tuzla was not granted a Wwin League BiH license.
• Clubs granted a license for UEFA club competitions: FK Sarajevo, NK Široki Brijeg, FK Borac Banja Luka, HŠK Zrinjski Mostar, FK Željezničar Sarajevo, FK Velež Mostar, HŠK Posušje Posušje, FK Sloga Doboj.
• FK Sloboda Tuzla and FK Radnik Bijeljina did not meet the requirements for UEFA licensing.
• FK Igman Konjic and NK Gošk Gabela did not apply for a UEFA club competition license.
• The UEFA women's club competition license for the 2025/26 season was granted to SFK 2000 Sarajevo.
• ŽFK Leotar Trebinje failed to meet the requirements and was therefore not granted a license for international competition.

In accordance with the FFBiH Club Licensing Regulations (for Wwin League BiH and UEFA competitions), clubs have the right to appeal to the Second-Instance Club Licensing Committee within 15 days of receiving the written decision.
