At its session held on August 19, 2026, the FFBiH Disciplinary Committee considered the report submitted by the Competitions Committee concerning offenses committed during the Wwin League BiH first-round match between FK Borac Banja Luka and FK Velež Mostar, played on August 9, 2026, in Banja Luka.

Due to racism and other forms of discrimination, FK Borac Banja Luka was fined BAM 5,000 and ordered to play one league or cup match behind closed doors throughout the entire stadium.

The match was interrupted for a total of 37 minutes due to inappropriate and discriminatory chanting by the home supporters, with the “three-step procedure” applied on this occasion. Following temporary stoppages in gameplay and the continuation of the chanting, a decision was made to clear the north stand at City Stadium.
