If Borac eliminates Klaksvík from the Faroe Islands, the champion of the Wwin League BiH will face the loser of the Champions League tie between Midtjylland (Denmark) and Ferencváros (Hungary) in the Europa League playoffs. These matches are scheduled for August 22 and 29. If Borac doesn't get past Klaksvík, they will play the winner of the tie between HJK Helsinki (Finland) and FK Dečić (Montenegro) in the Conference League playoffs.

Should Zrinjski defeat Bulgaria's Botev in the second qualifying round of the Conference League, they will go against the winner of the match between FC Zürich (Switzerland) and Vitória SC (Portugal) in the next round.
