The seminars were focused on match refereeing and VAR situations from the past half-season, with key topics including "Penalty Area Decisions", "Offside", "Handball", "Fouls and Unsporting Conduct", "VAR Intervention Line (Serious Foul Play)," and "VAR Intervention Line (Penalty Area Calls)." An Evaluation Guide for referee assessments was also presented.
Lecturers included FIFA refereeing instructor Igor Radojčić, FFBiH Referees Committee president Hrvoje Turudić, vice-presidents Elmir Pilav and Robert Zrilić, and former FIFA referee Ognjen Valjić. Special guests were Miloš Novović and Vladan Kojović, long-time referees and members of Montenegro’s Referee Committee.
Referees successfully completed the required fitness and Laws of the Game tests. Among the participants were BiH's FIFA-listed female referees, Vesna Miletić and Aida Jusufović, who demonstrated top physical condition, passing the same fitness standards as their male colleagues.
