Sarajevo minimally defeated by Celtic

Tonight, at the “Bilino Polje” in Zenica, Sarajevo was defeated 0:1 by Celtic in the UEFA Europa League play-off match.

In the first half, the guests had more ball in their possession, but there were no major opportunities and they finished the halftime without goals.

There weren’t too many opportunities in the continuation, and the guests still gained an advantage in the 70th minute. Ryan Christie shot from the edge of the penalty area, Vladan Kovačević briefly bounced the ball to the five-meter area, from where Odsonne Édouard scored a goal for 0:1 and the qualification of the Scottish team for the group stage of the Europa League.
