Delegates' work from the previous season was analyzed, and the participants were educated on the "Instructions on Performing Delegate Duties" and the "Regulation on Evaluation and Ranking of Delegates." Other topics included "Comet Information System" and "Competition Integrity." The delegates also took a test on their knowledge of the regulations.

The lecturers at the seminar were members of the FFBiH Competitions Committee: Mirsad Drljević, Ivan Frljić, Dušan Marković, and Suad Salibašić, along with Željko Radonja and Adi Osmanović from the FFBiH administration.

The 2024/25 Premier Futsal League of Bosnia and Herzegovina will begin on the weekend of September 28 and 29.
