The referees completed a fitness test and also a test on the Football rules. The seminar included presentations on the following topics: Tactical fouls, Handball offence, Penalty area decisions, Offside, and Fouls and unsporting behavior.
Elmir Pilav, vice-president of the FFBiH Referees and refereeing committee, and coordinator of the "Talent-mentor" program, said following this event: "Today's seminar completed the referee education in the 'Talent-mentor' program for the 2023/24 season. I'm especially proud of the dedication and progress shown by our referees throughout this program. I believe the acquired knowledge and skills will improve the quality of refereeing and football in our country in general. I thank all the instructors and lecturers who contributed to the success of this program. We'll continue to support our referees through in the same way in the upcoming season as well."
The seminar was attended by 29 male and 4 female referees, and starting from the next season, a new generation of "Talent-mentor" program participants will have the opportunity to go through this education.
