The seminar was opened with an address by FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić, while the lecturers were members of the Competitions Committee: Mirsad Drljević, Dušan Marković, Ivan Frljić, Mile Mandić, Vladimir Glavaš, and Suad Salibašić, along with the head of this department Željko Radonja.
Through interactive workshops, a detailed analysis of delegates’ performances were conducted, reviewing key match situations, highlighting best practices, and identifying potential mistakes.
In addition to performance analysis, two important topics were covered - Guidelines on Performing Delegate Duties and the Regulations on Delegate Criteria, Evaluation, and Ranking. These documents define delegates' responsibilities, evaluation criteria, and ranking systems based on performance quality.
All delegates successfully passed a test on regulations knowledge.
