The seminar reviewed the delegates' work during the 2023/24 season in the Wwin League, as well as the Premier Youth Leagues (under-19, under-17, and under-15).

Delegates were presented with the "Regulations on Criteria, Evaluation, and Ranking of Delegates", "Guidelines for Delegate Duties", "Competition Propositions for the 2024/25 Season", "Club Cooperation Regulations" documents as well as amendments to FFBiH regulations. The lectures covered topics like "Work Meeting - Briefing", "VAR Technology", and "Comet Information System - Practical Application."

Speakers included Competitions Committee members Mirsad Drljević, Dušan Marković, Ivan Frljić, Mile Mandić, Suad Salibašić, and FFBiH administration members Elmir Pilav and Željko Radonja.

Delegates successfully passed a test on the regulations.
