The delegate seminar took place in Banja Luka on July 21–22, while the safety and security coordinator seminar was held in Sarajevo on July 22.
At the Wwin League delegate seminar, participants worked through lectures and workshops covering a range of topics essential for successful delegate duties. In addition to analyzing last season’s performance, the seminar introduced the competition regulations for the new season, the rulebook on criteria, evaluation and ranking, as well as detailed instructions for match assignments. A special segment focused on interactive case studies, where participants examined critical incidents such as match interruptions, stadium disturbances, and officiating errors.
The Premier League safety and security coordinator seminar pointed out challenges in coordinator work, an analysis of last season’s security situation, and the use of the COMET system for reporting. Through practical lectures and discussion, participants worked on improving procedures and preventive measures for safer Premier League match operations.
Lectures were delivered by members of the FFBiH Competitions Committee and the Stadiums and Safety and Security Committee, alongside FFBiH administration representatives.
These seminars represent an important element in preparing match officials for the upcoming competitive duties, aiming to raise the level of organization, safety, and professionalism in domestic football competitions.
