At the session, a decision was made on the appeal of FK “Leotar” Trebinje against the decision of the First-Instance Commission for Club Licensing on the refusal of a license to participate in the BH Premier League competition for the 2023/24 season.

After reviewing the submitted documentation, the Second-Level Commission for Club Licensing found that FK “Leotar” Trebinje submitted the necessary evidence, which fulfilled the requirements of the Regulations on Club Licensing for Participation in the BH Premier League competition. After that, the Second-Instance Commission for Club Licensing unanimously decided to accept the appeal, the decision of the First-instance Commission was revoked and a license was granted to FK “Leotar” Trebinje to compete in the BH Premier League in the 2023/2024 season. This decision is final.
