In the first 45 minutes of the game, Borac had the field initiative, and took the lead in the 37^th minute, when Benjamin Tatar scored a goal with a header from about ten meters.

A similar game was seen in the second half. The Banja Luka team attacked and scored the second goal in the 84^th minute, when Nedeljko Piščević headed the ball into the net after Aleksandar Subić’s cross from the left side.
