Janković said about the upcoming gathering:
“In front of us is probably the last friendly match before the qualifiers that await us in September. It’s another opportunity to get an insight into a players’ shape. The June term is inconvenient, because the championship is over and it will be a bit specific to prepare the team for such a strong test. The opponent is of high quality and I expect a good match. Unfortunately, due to an injury, we will not be able to count on captain Ivan Bašić. I hope that the other players will be ready and that we will play a good match.”
The young national team players will gather in Ilidža on 15th June, and they will travel to Turkey on 18th June.
