Cadets played tie in Durres

The U-17 national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina was played away in Durres today, where they drew 0:0 with their peers from Albania in a friendly match.

Although the team of Nermin Šabić had the initiative during the entire match, the match ended without goals.

The first opportunity the BH cadets did not use it in the 19th minute, when Kenan Lamadžema’s shot from ten meters was blocked.

Marko Brkić tried twice from a free kick from twenty meters in the 27th and the 29th minute. He hit the wall the first time, and in the second attempt, the Albanian goalkeeper Klevi Totoshi defended his shot.

In the 36th minute, Sergej Damjanić moved towards the goal of Albania after a great pass by Brkić, but the opposing goalkeeper intervened well once again.

In the 60th minute, Ante Prusina had a good opportunity, but his shot diagonally from the right side was defended very well by the home team’s goalkeeper.

In the 84th minute, Brkić almost used the misunderstanding in the defence of the Albanian team, but it remained 0:0.

The BiH national team played with the following line-up today: Arman Šutković, Ferid Šerbečić, Ali Pašić, Salih Hadžić, Savo Šušić, Bakir Nurković, Sergej Damjanić, David Čamber, Ante Prusina, Kenan Lamadžema, Marko Brkić. Also were fielded: Talha Tabaković, Sergej Bogdanić, Marko Kozina, Vedad Jakupović, Hamza Ljukovac.

These national teams will play another match in Durres on 21st May at 10:30 h.
