- Group D
- Match I: West Herzegovina County FA vs. Herzegovina-Neretva County FA
- Match II: Trebinje RFA vs. Herzegbosna County 10 FA
In the first round, the Sarajevo Canton FA has a bye and will host the winner of Pair I on March 25 in a match for a place in the group final. The winner of Pair II will qualify directly for the Group D final.
