The meeting specified and agreed actions for the coming period with the aim of creating a team that will compete for the European Championship qualification in the next qualifying cycle.

Nermin Šabić does not hide his pleasure that he will lead the BH cadets from the bench in the coming period:

“It is a great honour and a privilege for me to be appointed as the head coach of a national team. After many years of playing and then coaching, this came as a reward for my work. I hope that I will make the most of this opportunity and that we will be able to achieve the best possible results, and that the players from the cadet team will later represent our country in the future in junior, young and senior teams. We have a lot of work to do and follow the players, but I believe that we will succeed in our goals and that we will worthily represent our country and the FF BH.”

Nermin Šabić will have a support of former head coach Sakib Malkočević, who will now serve as the scout for all youth national teams.
