Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina sporting director Emir Spahić and his colleague Saša Papac held a series of important meetings yesterday in Sarajevo with national team coaches, coaching staff, and coordinators of BiH’s national football teams. FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić and "A" team coach Sergej Barbarez also attended the meetings.
The meetings aimed to provide a detailed analysis of past activities and plan future steps for the upcoming qualifiers and other national team duties.
Spahić stressed the importance of communication between coaching staff, coaches, and head coaches to ensure maximum performance from all teams. Specific aspects of working with young talents in youth categories were also addressed, as developing young players remains one of the FFBIH’s top priorities.
Coaches and head coaches shared their views on current challenges, while coordinators were given new tasks related to improving the organization of youth team operations.
These meetings come ahead of crucial matches for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s national teams, and Džemidžić pointed out that all efforts will be focused on achieving optimal results. The upcoming period brings new challenges for BiH football, along with opportunities for further progress, and today’s meetings are a step towards achieving these goals.
