Bosnia and Herzegovina will be represented in this competition by the winner of the BH FF Regional Cup, the team of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

The BH representative in group A will have Bavaria (Germany), the amateur team of the Republic of Ireland, and the host of the tournament, Galicia (Spain).

In group B are the teams of Lisbon (Portugal), Belgrade (Serbia), Zlin (Czech Republic) and the Lower Silesia region (Poland).

The ZE-DO team qualified for the tournament by winning first place in qualifying Group 1 ahead of the representatives of Scotland, Israel, and Georgia.
