The captain Milena Nikolić says the team will provide maximum:
“We opened the qualifications perfectly, with two wins and 6 points. This also gives us confidence for the matches with Denmark and Italy, which will be very difficult. These are the teams that are favourites for the first two places in the group, which are leading to the European Championship. We do not surrender and will do our best to play those matches as best as we can. I am sure that with our compactness and combativeness we can deal with all the teams. If we are at our level and do our best, I believe the result will also come.”
The Denmark vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina match will be played tomorrow at the Viborg Stadium at 17:00 h. It will be the first match between these teams and will be officiated by a four-referees team from Poland. The main referee is Monika Mularczyk, and she will be assisted by Kinga Seniuk-Mikulska and Karolina Zygmond. The fourth official is Michalina Diakow.
