Specific circumstances due to the corona virus pandemic do not hinder the team’s preparations, says the national team player Dajana Spasojević:
“Given the circumstances with the pandemic and the pressure that testing brings with it, and the change of rules, I can point out that we are coping very well and with quality. We are preparing in the best way and all that doesn’t bother us much. In addition to the field where we are together and work practically, we additionally analyse the opponents in groups with the technical staff, in order to slow down and stop their strengths, and take advantage of their weaknesses. In the end, we want to make a result that the previous generations failed to do, to finish in the 3rd place with 18 points behind the big national teams of Denmark and Italy.”
Spasojević also added:
“This generation, from the beginning of the qualifications, has the support of the technical staff, and mutual support and a positive relationship between us, players, which also affects the quality of previous games. So this time too, we want 3 points in Georgia and we believe that it will be achieved. We showed in the first match that we were a better and superior team compared to them.”
