Ahead of the gathering, Hodžić said: "We see this camp as a valuable opportunity to assess a wider pool of players who could be part of the future senior team. The list includes those already established in the senior setup, as well as several new names we want to test and get to know through trainings and matches. Our goal is to use these two practice games to better understand the form and potential of these girls and lay the foundation for upcoming campaigns and qualifiers. These matches are a great opportunity for both the juniors and us, because they help develop players and strengthen competition within the team."

Women’s Under-19 head coach Jelena Milović has called up: Nadija Golubović (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Lejla Burek (Malmö FF, Sweden), Arijana Hafizović (Strømsgodset, Norway), Dragana Dimitrić (Radnik BetOle), Dragana Marinković (Radnik BetOle), Marija Mihaela Maslać (Leotar), Hata Begić (San Diego Surf Soccer Club, USA), Bogdana Milićević (Radnik BetOle), Natalija Mirković (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Nađa Ćerić (LSK Kvinner, Norway), Anđelina Laketić (Radnik BetOle), Una Rankić (Leotar), Tamara Vukelić (Spartak 2013 Banja Luka), Amila Abdukić (SFK 2000 Sarajevo), Irma Mujakić (Degerfors IF, Sweden), Zerina Marković (Southeast Missouri, USA), Amina Krpo (Vålerenga, Norway), Sajra Bajrić (Iskra), Irina Erkić (Radnik BetOle), Ana Jurić (Leotar), Sajra Vračar (LUV Graz, Austria), Velida Aličković (1. FSV Mainz 05, Germany), Anisa Čamdžić (VVIJ, Netherlands), Uma Hadžihajdarević (SFK 2000 Sarajevo).

Milović said ahead of the camp: "We’re gathering in Zenica for a seven-day camp that includes several training sessions and two friendlies. We’ll have 24 players available. This is the first camp in this cycle and the start of work with the 2007/2008 generation, which will represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at next year’s European Championship, where we’re the hosts. After a long break from joint activities, this camp carries special significance. It’s a chance to assess the current level of the team, introduce new names, and get to know potential national team players for the future. Through these sessions and matches, we want to begin forming the team and lay clear foundations for the qualifiers coming up in late November."

Players from both teams will gather in Zenica on Monday, October 20.
