The head coach Samira Hurem and her colleagues are satisfied with the work of the players who came to this gathering in good shape. What particularly pleases the technical staff of our national team is that there are no injured players, and that the preparations are running with the full squad.
Goalkeeper coach Esad Ibrahimović is optimistic ahead of the match that will be played on 6th September in Baku:
“All the girls are ready and can’t wait for the match that can bring us a place in the play-offs. The way they work and their mood give us a lot of optimism before the match with Azerbaijan and I have no doubt that we will achieve our goal. I believe that we are a better team than our next opponent and that we will show it on the pitch. The players are in good shape, we hope that there will be no injuries and that we will play this match complete.”
Captain Milena Nikolić stated:
“We have enough time to prepare well for Azerbaijan. We are all together, we are in good shape and we are preparing for the match in a great mood. The first match with them was very difficult. They are a tricky team and we certainly don’t expect an easy job in Baku. However, we are of better quality and will do our best to win and qualify for the play-offs.”
