Chloe Japić, the older sister, expresses her enthusiasm for being called up to the national team: “It’s a dream come true, something I've been working towards since I was a child. Wearing our team's jersey and competing on such a platform fills me with pride. Every practice session and setback has led me to this point, motivating me to continue striving and setting an example for others.”
Their father introduced them to football at a young age of two, providing unwavering support over the years. Their relentless commitment to improving themselves has earned them places in the most esteemed college league in USA.
Sydney also shares her positive impressions from her time in Bosnia and Herzegovina: “Unfortunately, visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina are rare for us, as we have no family ties here. However, we’ve always cherished the opportunities to join youth team gatherings, creating valuable memories. One place we’re particularly eager to explore is Bihać, our father’s hometown. We look forward to experiencing the traditional Bosnian cuisine that reminds us of our childhood, evoking memories of our grandmother who always brought warmth and love to our home during her visits.”
