After today’s match with Denmark, the head coach of the women’s “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Samira Hurem, stated:
“We have to congratulate the Danes, they showed quality and it is one of the best teams in the world. I also have to praise my players. They played much better compared to the last match. They complied with everything we asked for and we played as much as we could. Our best striker and captain, Milena Nikolić, was excellent in defence today and helped the team a lot. All the players deserve praise and we have made progress in the game.”
Hurem also referred to the next match with Malta, which is scheduled for 30th November:
“We want a victory against Malta, but it will also be a difficult match. Malta is defending well and it will be a different match compared to today’s one. I believe in these players and we will have enough time to get ready. I hope we will win three points.”
