Our players have been preparing for these duels for several days, and ahead of tomorrow's match against Lithuania, a press conference was held today at the FFBiH Training Center in Zenica.
Head coach Selver Hodžić pointed out, among other things, that a thorough analysis of the opponent has been completed, that the team knows where and how to close them off, and that he expects our team to deliver a strong performance. He also highlighted the role of the medical staff, who prepared the players very well for the highly demanding training sessions.
Captain Milena Nikolić is focused primarily on the match against Lithuania, which is at the forefront of every player's mind, with the goal of securing three points. The team is fully aware of the importance of both matches, but above all, they want to avenge the defeat suffered against Lithuania in the first game. She also pointed to the advantage of playing at home, while the players are expecting support from the stands.
Speaking about expectations, Elma Husić said the team has worked well since day one, knows how things went in Lithuania, and wants to improve that impression. A positive result is imperative, and the players are ready to carry the excellent atmosphere onto the field.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Lithuania match will be played tomorrow at 17:00 at the FFBiH Training Center in Zenica.
