The seminar included an analysis of the delegates’ performance in the previous season of the Premier Women’s League for both seniors and cadets. Presentations covered topics like "Duties of a Delegate Before, During, and After a Game" and "Delegate Evaluation." Through these presentations, the delegates had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with best practices and standards, and to share experiences from past seasons. Participants successfully completed a written test on the rules and regulations.
The delegates expressed their satisfaction with the seminar, emphasizing its importance for their continued education and professional development. They also underlined that such trainings are crucial for improving the quality of women's football in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that they will apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the upcoming season. FFBiH will continue investing in the education and development of female delegates to enhance the organization and quality of women's football competitions.
The 2024/25 Premier Women's League of Bosnia and Herzegovina kicks off on August 31 this year.
