SFK 2000 Defeated in Bern

Bosnia and Herzegovina champions SFK 2000 Sarajevo were defeated 0:2 (0:1) by Young Boys at Wankdorf stadium in Bern today, in the first leg of the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup second qualifying round.

The home team took the lead in the 29’ through Laura Frey, and Georgia Chalatsogianni set the final 2:0 from the penalty spot in the 83’.

Coach Valentin Plavčić selected the following lineup: Envera Hasanbegović, Miljana Smiljković, Đula Velagić, Ajla Zukić, Lili Baidoe, Alisa Spahić, Taylor Harrison, Katarina Čađenović (80’ Veronika Terzić), Amela Kršo, Andrea Gavrić, Alma Kamerić (54’ Dalal Bratović).

The return leg in Sarajevo is scheduled for Thursday, October 16 at 18:00 at the Olympic Stadium Asim Ferhatović Hase.
