Foreign players and trainers' work and stay has been discussed today at a meeting held by FFBIH general secretary Jasmin Bakovic, competitions department director Elmir Pilav and BH foreign service representatives Rade Kovac and Mirsad Buzar.
They emphasized the importance of respecting BIH's legislation which clearly defines conditions for foreigners' work and stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Foreign service's memo 18.5.2 dated April 27th 2012 was deemed important.
After this meeting all clubs got a memo which included the following:
· FFBIH will deliver all registered player and trainer names to foreign services office;
· FFBIH will only accept valid work and residence permit, or temporary permit issued exclusively by foreign services office;
· Premier league clubs will contact foreign services field centers as soon as possible;
· Foreign services department will perform a control of all clubs at March 29th and 30th on Premier league matches, and will submit the results to FFBIH. After this period, FFBIH will use the COMET system to block all registrations for those players who don't meet the legal critera for work and stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
