Bosnia and Herzegovina Youth Futsal national team will gather for the first time in Zenica, where they'll play two friendlies with France at the Arena sports hall. First match is scheduled for November 1st at 18:00, and the second one will be played the next day also at 18:00 hours.
During the preparations for the senior national team, coach Boro Matan and his coaching staff had the opportunity to check up 28 potential young team members.
Coach Matan: "After the recommendations from our clubs' head coaches, we had younger players come to our team gathering two days ago. We had an opportunity to check them out, and we've come up with a team of 16 for the upcoming friendlies with France. This doesn't mean we've written off the rest of them because this is only the beginning for this young team. We count on all the players who were there, we'll continue to follow them for sure, and in the future there may be some changes to the team. Already at the start we have two quality check-ups against France. We'll try to organize more gatherings in the future in order to come up with the best Under-21 fusal team."
