The competition brought together teams from different parts of our country, as well as guests from Serbia, and once again confirmed the importance of sport as a means of promoting inclusion, equal opportunities, and active participation by all members of society.
The host of the championship was the Third Elementary School in Brčko, and throughout the competition, participants had the opportunity to showcase their football skills while developing friendships, mutual respect, and team spirit through shared activities.
Through its partnership with Special Olympics BiH, the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina continuously supports projects that contribute to the development of inclusive football and enable people with intellectual disabilities to be active members of the sporting community.
Events like these make an important contribution to promoting the values football carries with it: equality, solidarity, respect, and unity, and confirm that sport has the power to bring people together regardless of their differences.
