Yesterday, two events were held in Sarajevo and Bijeljina as part of the celebration of Grassroots Week.

In the Centre for Education, Sports and Recreation “Safet Zajko”, a match was played between FK Respekt and migrants who are users of the services of the World Travelers Community organization.

A 3x3 tournament for girls was held at the City Stadium in Bijeljina. WFC Radnik from Bijeljina won first place in the women’s competition in 2009 and 2010, ahead of Vogošća and Mladost from Laktaši. Teodora Novaković from Radnik was declared the best player, while Iris Brkić, a player of WFC Vogošća, scored the most goals.

In the competition for girls aged 2011 and younger, Mladost was first ahead of Radnik and Posavina from Domaljevac. Lana Pralica from Mladost from Laktaši was the best player and Aleksandra Panić from Radnik was the best scorer.
