For the best leader is nominated Omer Nurkić, a founder of the Atletico 1919 Academy from Orašje, which brings together over 100 girls and boys aged 7 to 15, not only from Orašje, but also from Domaljevac, Odžak, Šamac, Brčko and Gradačac. The main goal of the academy is to make children happier through training, and to direct them to be good athletes and good people. Participants of this school do not pay membership fee, and in addition to training, they attend weekly computer and English language classes once a week.

The nominee for the best Grassroots Project is ŽFK Radnik Bumerang from Bijeljina, which cooperates with the Association of Citizens for the Promotion of Roma Education “Otaharin”. The female coaches of the Bijeljina Club voluntarily work with the youngest participants of this association, which aims at inclusion of excluded and marginalized groups into the society.

For the best Grassroots Club, the Football School Sporting from Zenica has been nominated, which in less than a year has already gathered over 150 girls and boys with whom licensed coaches work. This club is different from others, because it devotes one day a week to work on a volunteer base with children with developmental disabilities, in order to provide those children with the opportunity to play football.
