The workshop was led by UEFA Grassroots mentors Vladimir Luptak and Les Howie.

Bojan Aćimović, expert associate for the BH FF football development, points out that the seminar was extremely useful and that it covered various aspects of improving grassroots football:

“We have behind us a very successful workshop during which UEFA representatives shared with us useful information that would mean a lot to us in our further work. We received new guidelines regarding football in schools, education of coaches, development of clubs, futsal, as well as work with people with special needs. We were also presented with some new ideas regarding the marketing and promotion of grassroots football. The BH FF is dedicated to the development of football at all levels, and in cooperation with UEFA we continue to improve all segments of our work.”

Grassroots program means football for everyone regardless of gender, race, religion, and nationality.
