The coaches point out that the lectures were very interesting, and they were particularly excited about the practical work that included the youngest female footballers.
Sara Trujić, a player and coach from Lokomotiva Brčko, stated:
“A very useful seminar is behind us and it is certain that we have learned a lot from high-quality lecturers. Everything is perfectly organized. We had the opportunity to work with children, which is very useful, and everything I learned here can be applied in practice at my club.”
Trujić adds:
“Women’s football is in the expansion. A few years ago, there was not much interest in this sport, but this image has changed and I’m glad to see that the audience is showing an increasing interest in women’s football. For this reason, it is important to educate quality coaches who will work with the youngest generations in the future, in order to further popularize women’s football.”
Alma Kamerić, the younger category coach within SFK 2000 Sarajevo, also has positive impressions from the seminar:
“We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with experts from Norway. This is a great thing for all the female coaches who want to progress and learn something more. The lecturers are excellent and they help us to progress in our business. Thanks to the FF BH and all others who enabled us to be at this seminar and gain new knowledge that we will apply in our work.”
The seminar was held in the framework of the project “Girls Football Coaching Course”, which includes training of female coaches, as well as the development of grassroots football for girls aged 7 to 12 years.
