The first spokesman of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Fuad Krvavac, died last night aged 67.
Fuad Krvavac was born on December 29th 1949 in Visegrad. He was a long-time journalist and correspondent for "Sportske novosti", "Oslobodjenje", "Vecernje novine" and a contributor to many other media outlets. He regularly wrote for the "UEFA Direct" magazine.
He will be remembered as a FFBIH spokesman at the time of the formation of our football association. He was a regular companion to the national team for many years, since its first official international matches against Albania, Greece, Slovenia, Italy, Brazil, Argentina and many others. Aside from his texts, he will also remain in our memories for his countless photos. He was a true chronicler of that period, a walking encyclopedia, and a journalist from whom his younger colleagues could learn a lot about the sports, patriotism, and life's values.
Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina management, employees, players, staff members and associates would like to express their sincere condolences to Fuad Krvavac's family, relatives and friends.
