As a continuation of appropriate reforms that include good management practices, a very comprehensive project was prepared: “Implementation of Quality Management System According to Requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 in the Business Processes of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”. The project was fully accepted and financially supported by UEFA, within the HatTrick Investment Program.

The main goals of this Project are:

• ensuring adequate material and human resources in the implementation of business processes;
• identification and planning of business processes and improvement of their interaction;
• systematic monitoring and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and the applicable requirements of FIFA and UEFA, and other relevant stakeholders;
• identification of risks and opportunities;
• defining and monitoring key performance indicators;
• improving the financial performance;
• increasing the satisfaction of employees and other stakeholders;
• increasing the image of the FF BH at the national and international level.

The FF BH Executive Board also approved the Project, as part of a comprehensive process of standardizing business processes within the Federation. It was assessed that the quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, by applying consistently and precisely defined responsibilities and authorities, and through a controlled and documented process approach, leads to improving the efficiency of the existing work organization. Accordingly, the implementation of relevant ISO standards should improve the overall performance of the FF BH, and ensure that the Federation consistently achieves its statutory objectives within defined competencies.

This Project refers to a longer period of time and will last until the middle of 2022, and it is planned to be completed by conducting a certification audit and issuing a certificate on compliance of the FF BH quality management system with ISO 9001:2015 by the relevant certification body.
